As confidentiality and security is of the utmost importance all of our staff are security vetted prior to employment. These checks include DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks and NPPV3 Security Vetting. Additionally, all drivers have their driver history vetted every 6 months. For further peace of mind all DataSpace employees sign Non Disclosure / Confidentiality Agreements (NDA’s) upon employment and are willing to sign additional client specific agreements if our clients feel this to be necessary.
Each DataSpace member of staff is fully dedicated to Data Protection, Information Security and Best Practice of Data Handling and Management. All staff are provided with regular training for all of these topics as well as for their individual duties and responsibilities that their role entails, as well as Manual Handing and Health & Safety.
