DataSpace are raising awareness for Local Charity – Keystone Support Centre
Keystone Support Centre is a charity offering bereavement support for people who have lost loved ones.
Emma Hancock, one of our Account Administrator is also an amazing ball room dance instructor. One of Emma’s students Steve Kay sadly passed away aged 45 in December last year.
Steve’s wife – Jane works at Keystone Support Centre and has been on the receiving end of their fantastic services and support. Jane wanted to raise awareness for the Charity and raise funds so other people who need the support of Keystone can benefit from their outstanding work and comfort they offer.
Emma’s dance school Darnhall School of Dance held a Charity Dinner Dance Ball to celebrate the memory of Steve with all monies raised donated to Keystone. The Dinner Dance was held at Vale Royal Abbey Golf Club, Steve loved dancing and golf, so the venue was a perfect location to celebrate Steve.
Darnhall School of Dance have raised over £1,600.00, from a number of different events held the past four months. The events Emma has arranged include a Dance Showcase by the children who learn at the Darnhall School of Dance, Afternoon Tea Dance at the local village hall, and the Dinner Dance Ball.
Keystone Support Centre are a non-profit making organisation, funded by voluntary contributions. They offer social activities, support, guidance and complimentary therapy for patients, their Carers and families as well as counselling and support for the bereaved.
