Archive Storage Facilities

DataSpace professional document and PD5454 archive storage facilities have been purpose built for archival storage and associated document management services.

DataSpace Facilities

DataSpace headquarters are based in the North West of England on a 4.5 acre, secure and fully enclosed site. The location of this site was selected as it is a low crime rated area and ideally located for transport links. It is also not underneath a flight path or on a flood plain, which conforms with requirements as detailed within PD5454:2012 to which DataSpace are formally accredited by the British Standards Institute.

Site Security

Secure Document StorageDataSpace sites operate a 40+ channel digital CCTV system, with cameras located internally and externally of the buildings located on site.

The CCTV system application is installed on all manager’s and director’s mobile phones for easy access remotely. The CCTV system retains a backup of all recordings up to 30 days from initial capture.

All DataSpace sites are fully enclosed by a palisade fence, with secure gate entries. All buildings and internal storage areas are only accessible via secure key fob access provided solely to authorised DataSpace colleagues.
