DataSpace allow clients the choice with the Therefore™ EDRM system. DataSpace have invested heavily in a compliant BS27001 data centre. The hosted system allows secure and compliant access to electronically stored data.

Access to this information can then be through the Therefore™ navigator or viewer licences or if preferred directly through the FileLive system.

The hosted solution is ideal for multi office environments. This allows an organisation to clearly budget all costs and not be exposed to the costs of purchase and support of a large physical hardware environment utilising single use expensive leased lines to access the documents remotely.
