DataSpace operate high end production scanners from Canon and Kodak. These production scanners are able to process large volumes of paper into the formats that are applicable to the client.
DataSpace representatives would in advance provide free consultation to always ensure that the service offered or supplied matches the client’s expectations needs and budget. Clients may often find that it is far more cost effective to store the paper documents on site at DataSpace’s secure facility and only have the documents scanned when required. Access to the scanned image is then available to view online via the secure FileLive service. However we recognise that some documents may require immediate access and a dual offering may be employed.
DataSpace high volume production scanners have the capability to scan and process thousands of documents per hour. This capability combined with a selection of final output media – CD, DVD, port able hard drive or access Online via FileLive ensures that all client requirements are satisfied.
Preparation and comprehensive indexing services are undertaken by trained CRB cleared staff members. Correct indexing structures allow first time, fast access searches to the required files.
DataSpaces scanning software allow Advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition) which enables instant capture of all printed text. In addition barcode recognition can be employed.
