Dataspace high volume production scanners have the capability to scan and process 1,000’s of documents per hour. This capability combined
with a selection of final output media – CD, DVD, data tape etc. ensures that all client requirements are satisfied. Alternatively, scanned
images can be published on a secure SSL enable web server, allowing authorised users access to scanned images and information from any web browser
from anywhere in the World.
Comprehensive indexing and referencing services are also offered ensuring fast access to the files required, first time of searching. This is done by detailed operator input, OCR, ICR Forms Recognition or by any combination of the above.
